Northstar Residential, LLC is Hiring a Maintenance Technician (2-years Experience) Near Maple, MN
We are currently seeking a roving Maintenance Technician to join our team! This position will provide service to our rental properties in the Suburbs of Maple Grove and Minnetonka in Minnesota. We are seeking applicants who live in close proximity of these suburbs.
Responsibilities:
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
- Required to provide after-hours, on-call service to the full portfolio on a rotating basis with other maintenance staff
​Qualifications:
- Previous experience in multifamily maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00 - $31.00 per hour
